We are experienced in re roofing either using the existing materials where salvageable or replacing with new. Where existing materials to be re fixed any extras required can be supplied from our Reclaimed material stock. Where new materials to be supplied and fixed this can be discussed for your choice and suitability of your roof. 

Asbestos-cement slates

Asbestos Cement Slates are considered as non licensable, low grade asbestos fibre content. Removal of these slates needs to be carried out in accordance to guidelines of the H&S executive and environment agency. Copies of our UKATA certificates for training of asbestos slate removal are available on request.

Re-roofing works are Thermal Renovations of your property, therefore a building regulation application is required. As partners of the LABC, M.A.R Roofing can arrange, on your behalf, all relevant paperwork and applications to gain your certificate.
